Although the brief was simple – ‘a contemporary garden room’ – the execution required a meticulously drawn set of information to be produced.
We designed a contemporary garden room for a property in Norwich.
The host property sits within a Conservation Area and is ‘locally listed’ requiring attention to detail in the survey drawings and a design that has minimum impact upon the buildings facades.
Located within a courtyard facing the property entrance the proposal was conspicuous from the public realm. Our response was of minimal intervention and maximum transparency.
