Cannon Clarke Group were approached by a young family who had recently moved to this five-bedroom detached dwelling, in the village of Tacolneston, Norwich.
Their brief was to provide additional living accommodation and an annexe for a senior family member.
The proposed two-storey rear extension provides the clients with the option for additional bedrooms to both ground and first floor, to suit their evolving needs. Simple design moves allow for the single-storey extension to provide a large open-plan kitchen/dining area for the family with views from the main entrance through to the rear garden giving a feeling of additional space and capturing additional light.
